C₂N Diagnostics is a biotechnology service company located at the Center for Emerging Technology in Saint Louis, Missouri. C₂N Diagnostics was founded in the fall of 2007 based on technology developed within the neuroscience laboratories of Drs. David Holtzman and Randall Bateman at the Washington University School of Medicine, Saint Louis, Missouri. LifeTech Research, Inc. of Baltimore MD co-founded C₂N Diagnostics with Drs. Holtzman and Bateman, and is leading the company's commercialization efforts.

C₂N Diagnostics' core competency is studying the metabolism of neurally derived biomolecules. This pursuit intends to catalyze important new therapeutic and diagnostic discovery efforts directed toward disorders characterized by mishandled proteins and other biomolecules within the brain.
